Black Buck - Sold!!

"BB", as we fondly call her is a 1990 clear eyed (aa) black Rocky Mountain mare/Kentucky Mountain Saddle horse, she stands 15.0 hh. Four of her colts born have been dark chocolate with white manes and tails and two of those colts born in KY have been champions in their classes at the Rocky Mountain International Show. Her 2003 chocolate colt is in the Montana Rocky Mountains with his proud owners.

"BB's" 2004 Colt seal brown with four white socks, a wonderful gait and temperament. At age two he stands 15 hh and is gorgeous. Look for his photos on the Sold Horses page.

"BB" has been bred back to our stallion "Yankee's Rising Star" for a June 2008 foal, she produces foals with size and gait along with a sweet gentle temperament. "BB" is clear eyed (aa) with a strong natural gait.

Shiloh is a gorgeous solid black clear eyed (aa) Rocky Mountain/Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse mare. Shiloh has been tested and found to carry the black and silver dapple color genes only, this means that she will only produce black and chocolate foals no matter what solid colored stallion she is bred to. She will not produce red foals even if bred to a red stallion.

Shiloh foaled a beautiful, very correct black filly with a gorgeous head, short back, driving rear end and two hind socks on May 14th 2006, this well put together filly carries some of the very best old bloodlines of the Rocky Mountain. Shiloh's Sire is "Blue Rain", and her Dam is "Hall's Glory Be" a daughter of the famous "Buddy Roe" Rocky Mountain Stallion. Shiloh has a wonderful disposition and is a beautiful mare with a smooth gait, she stands 14.2 hh and is a very typy Rocky Mt horse, and she passes those qualities on to her offspring. Shiloh carries the very best of the old-time bloodlines in her pedigree such as Sam Clemmon's Tim, Sewell's Sam, Yankee and Buddy Roe.

Sadie - Sold!!

Sadie is a beautiful solid black ,clear eyed (aa), double registered, Rocky Mountain/ Kentucky Mountain Saddle horse mare. Born in 1990 she stands 15.1 hh she is a tall elegant mare that produces gorgeous tall elegant foals with our stallion. She has a wonderful gait, a rocking horse lope, and a lovely temperament, these traits she passes on to her foals.

Her Sire is Kelly's Champ who is by Sewell's Sam by Tobe. On her dam's side her grandsire is Johnson's Toby by Kilburn's Chocolate Sundown by Tobe. Wonderful old bloodlines combined with our stallions bloodlines there is no line or in-breeding.

Sadie foaled a gorgeous chocolate colt with dapples and white mane and tail May 4th 2006, he has a beautiful head and awesome conformation. If your looking for a stud prospect or just a trail pleasure gelding you can't go wrong with this colt! He carries some of the oldest Rocky Mt.
